Greetings, friends!
Many of whom may have discovered this little corner of the ether by way of either Twitter, blogspot, or some other valuable tool of the nets. After a few years of chapping away at a potential next logical step for this protracted social media experiment, CCM is something of the end result to which hopefully some great material will begin and continue to come your way! What Cel Count Media will hopefully serve as is a home to the more audio-video-centric corners of the Variable Zero experience. Previous homes such as the recently lamented Combo Attack Podcast functioned as something of a testing ground, and now that a number of lessons have been learned, and focus has been regained, it felt only logical that several new shows be hosted in one nice simple homebase. And since strengths will be numerous, and outlook fresh, this will also will serve as an informative and fun home for all things immediate.
Those curious may also be wondering as to the future of visual media commentary depots such as The Wandering Kaijyu, this is in no manner of danger of changing. Writeups, commentaries and reviews will continue to have a home there for the foreseeable future.
What Will Be Here:
Podcasts (Goes without saying..) From casual conversations regarding the current state of popular culture in a wired world, to informative and sometimes off-the-cuff reviews of films and anime from all eras, to even retrospectives on transmedia (films to video game franchises), and even the occasional special guest appearances, podcasts are the central blood of this particular site.
Video: From time to time, CCM will partake in local movie and pop culture events to keep fans up to date on recent V.Zero developments. Believe us, this is something we really wish to get off the ground in due time.
Occasional Posts: Whatever cannot be updated via .mp3, we’ll definitely keep you in the know regarding the site, events, and possibly even contests that may come in the months to years ahead.
So stay tuned to this URL as a first show is right around the corner. Believe me, it promises to be interesting.
